RETURNS
If the purchased item did not suit you, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement concluded online within 14 calendar days from the day the item was received, except for the exceptions provided by law.
Condition of the returned item
The returned item must be unused, undamaged, must not have lost its saleable appearance, and must have all original labels and, if there was one, the original packaging. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from actions that were not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
How to return an item
Please inform us of your wish to return an item by email or through our contact form, stating the order number and the item being returned.
Once confirmation has been received, the customer sends the item to the return address we provide.
Return costs
If an item of proper quality is returned, the direct costs of returning the item are covered by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order, no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the agreement. The seller has the right to withhold the refund until the item has been returned or until the customer provides proof that the item has been sent.
Faulty or damaged item
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, or an item other than the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases we follow the applicable consumer rights protection legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
Exceptions
The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to goods and contracts for which such an exception is established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
