Collection in store
The order can be collected free of charge at the „Boutique Qualité“ physical store at Bažnyčių g. 12, Tauragė. The customer is informed that the order is ready for collection using the contact details provided with the order.
Returns
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
A customer who has purchased an item from the Boutique Qualité online store has the right to withdraw from the distance purchase agreement within 14 calendar days from the day the item was received, except for the exceptions provided by law.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned, except when the item is faulty.
Return period
Please inform us of your decision to return an item within 14 calendar days from the day the item was received by email boutiquequaliteq@gmail.com.
Condition of the returned item
The customer may examine and try on the item to the extent that would be possible in a physical store.
The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the item resulting from actions that were not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
Please return the item with its original labels, accessories and components.
Return costs
If an item is returned because the customer has exercised the right to withdraw from a distance contract, the direct costs of returning the item are covered by the customer, except where the item was faulty, damaged or the wrong item was delivered.
Refunds
Once we have received notice of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts paid by the customer as provided by law no later than within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or until the customer provides proof that the item has been sent.
Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer.
Faulty items
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, or an item other than the one you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases the consumer rights established by law apply.
